Intention is the first step to creating changes in life; specifically, now that we are faced with an imposed reality and we need to adapt to the changes that are forced upon us due to the pandemic. Change can only take place when someone "changes their mind" and creates the path to a new way of looking at reality to find creative ideas for the change.
